What is ONTAP Digital LLC?

ONTAP Digital LLC is the authorized booking and payment partner for select fitness studios and other brands’ promotions (including F45 locations).
When you purchase an introductory offer through our checkout page, your payment may appear on your bank or card statement as:

ONTAP DIGITAL LLC (or a similar variation)

Why doesn’t the charge show the gym name?

Some banks display only the payment processor name. We’ve added extra confirmation steps (receipt + text/email) so customers can match the charge to their purchase quickly.

How to confirm your purchase

Check any of the following:

  • Your purchase receipt email/SMS

  • The name of the studio shown on the checkout page

  • The date and amount charged

Refunds

We aim to be fair and reasonable.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before attending the first session, whichever comes first.
After a session is attended, the offer may no longer be eligible for a full refund.

Approved refunds are processed promptly to the original payment method.

Before you file a dispute

If something doesn’t look right, please contact us first. We can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute and help avoid delays.
